Digital Customization of Straumann Implants

You impant abutment and all ceramic crowns is made on-site within our dental center’s teeth laboratory by advance technologies.

Your prosthodontist uses an intra-oral camera to do a digital scan of your impant with its attached abutment. This file is received instantly in the denta laboratory. Our skilled lab technican then uses computer-aided design (CAD) software to digitally design and shape the angulation of your implant abutment to get the perfect angle and all ceramic zirconia crown for you.

On approval with your prosthodontist, the abutment is digitally milled by CAM machines in the dental lab. Within a few hours, your personalized implant is completed. If opting for all ceramic crowns for your implant, it is also digital designed for you and hand-glazed with layering technique by our cosmetic dentisty lab technician specialists.

An economical solution that uses the least number of dental implant posts to replace full jaw missing teeth. Normally, a minimum 2 implant posts may be placed on lower jaw. For upper jaw, a minimal of 4 implant posts to enable secure retention. Attachments that is used to retend and lock the full dentures may be a ball, bar or locator.

The most ideal implant solution with a full set of new tooth roots and bridges over implant post. Full bridges provides the best best natural-look and feeling for biting load and smiling.
